Refund & Cancellation Policy
The Affiliate Academy is a live, cohort-based program operated by Allie University LLC, with a strictly limited number of seats. When you enroll, your seat is removed from availability and your materials are produced and shipped for you specifically. Our policy reflects that, and it tightens as your start date approaches.
1. Seven-day cooling-off period. You may cancel within seven (7) days of your purchase for a full refund, provided your physical materials have not yet shipped. If they have already shipped, the cost of those materials and their shipping will be deducted from your refund. To cancel, email team@allieuniversity.com from the address you used at enrollment, and include the word CANCEL in the subject line. We will confirm in writing within two business days, and refunds are returned to the original payment method.
2. After seven days, up until class begins. Once the cooling-off period has passed, your seat can no longer be reliably resold, and refunds are no longer available. Instead, you may choose one of the following: a full credit toward the next available cohort, valid for twelve (12) months from your original purchase date; or a one-time transfer of your enrollment into a future 2026 or 2027 cohort, subject to availability. Any physical materials already shipped to you are yours to keep in either case.
3. Once class begins. No refunds, credits, or transfers are available on or after the first live session of your cohort, regardless of attendance. The program is delivered live, and course materials are released in full.
4. Payment plans. Choosing a payment plan does not change any part of this policy. Your remaining scheduled payment or payments stay due in full on their scheduled dates. If a payment fails and is not cured within seven (7) days, access to the program, its live calls and its materials may be suspended until the balance is brought current.
5. If we cancel. If we cancel a cohort outright, or fail to deliver the program substantially as described, you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid, including any payments already made under a payment plan.
6. Conduct. We may remove a participant from the program without refund for conduct that is abusive or harassing toward Allie, the team, or other students, or for sharing paid materials, workbooks, or call recordings outside the cohort.
7. Your statutory rights. Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation right you hold under the consumer law of your country or state. Those rights apply in addition to the terms above.

Program Delivery
Live call dates, session times, curriculum order, and included materials are subject to change. If a live session must be rescheduled, a recording will be made available to enrolled students. Live calls are hosted inside the Allie University member area — no separate software or account is required.
Access to the member area, workbooks, the call calendar, and the student community is released to enrolled students shortly before the first live session of their cohort, not at the moment of purchase. You will receive an email with your login instructions and everything you need before class begins.
Physical materials are shipped to the address provided by the student at enrollment. We are not responsible for items that are undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, so please check yours carefully at checkout and email us if it changes.
All course materials, workbooks, worksheets, call recordings, and community content are the intellectual property of Allie University LLC and are licensed to you for your own personal and business use only. They may not be copied, resold, shared, or distributed outside your cohort.
